Arthur L. Bryan, II is a transactional attorney working on the Franklin Project for Bechtel Group Inc.'s Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Inc. Global Business Unit where he negotiates and advises on engineering, procurement and construction, purchasing and subcontract, and technical services agreements. In addition, he advises on intellectual property, joint-venture and confidentiality/non-disclosure matters.
Prior to becoming HYLA President, he served as President-Elect and is a past Director of the Board. Arthur also served as the chair of the Arts and Entertainment Committee from 2013-2015. Additionally, Arthur is the recipient of the HYLA President's Outstanding Committee Chair Award for 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. He is also a Trustee on the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation (HYLF) Board of Trustees and is a HYLF Fellow.
Arthur is on the Leadership Committee for the TX Gulf Coast Chapter Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Man and Woman of the Year Campaign, and a member of the Ronald McDonald House Houston Young Friends. He is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law and St. Mary's University. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and tennis.
