Citizenship & Immigration Forum will be held on Saturday, March 6, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This 5th annual event for HYLA is the "one-stop shop" for 500 immigrants eligible for citizenship {includes valuable resources on applying for citizenship and workshop sessions relevant to successfully submitting N-400 application (review of application by immigration attorney, booth taking passport photos, etc.)]. HYLA's Law of the Land committee needs 2 volunteers to help man a table handing out legal brochures for new citizens and to assist at our workshop session "Tips for Taking the Naturalization Test" (includes giving out practice test questions and handing out fliers about free study tools found on the web).  Volunteers need to be there by 9:45 a.m. If you would like more information about this event or to volunteer, contact Wendy Miller at wendymiller@comcast.net.
