HYLA's Medical & Legal Support Committee for Families Battling Cancer was created to help answer some of the medical-legal issues faced by families who are battling cancer. The committee's goal is to serve as a resource on topics such as guardianship for cancer survivors with children, employment issues, insurance coverage, estate planning and concerns about privacy.
