Reading Day: Tuesday, May 24 from 10am–11am at the Small Steps Nurturing Center (http://www.ssnc.org/).  If you would like to volunteer please contact Robert Riddle at robert.riddle@bakerbotts.com or 713.229.1881.

Playground Perk-Up Day:  Able-bodied volunteers are need Friday, June 3 between 11:30-3:30 (or for as much time as you can spare) to perk-up the playground at the Small Steps Nurturing Center. The playground has seen some hard use by the kids and it is time to re-sand the sandbox, put woodchips under the playground equipment, and re-seal the fence, deck and benches.

This event is being co-sponsored by Deloitte & Touche LLP, which is generously providing box lunches, playground supplies, and volunteers.

If you would like to volunteer please contact Robert Riddle at robert.riddle@bakerbotts.com or 713.229.1881, or Mark Correro at correrom@gtlaw.com.
