Cristina K. Lunders is a Senior Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright focusing on investigations and compliance, including anti-corruption investigations, due diligence, and compliance. Cristina has represented clients in front of the U.S. DOJ and SEC, has conducted due diligence for M&A activities, agents, and joint venture partners, and has assisted both public and private entities in developing and strengthening their compliance programs.

Phil Haines is a senior associate at Andrews Kurth LLP where his practice focuses on M&A and securities transactions. Phil is co-chair of HYLF’s Golf Committee and has been running HYLF’s annual charity golf tournament since 2012. Phil grew up outside Boston and wisely decided to venture to TX to get his J.D. and start his career. His wife, Roxanne, is a yoga instructor at Revolution Studios.



Lauren Brogdon is a senior litigation associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, focusing on energy, environmental, toxic tort, and complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, including class action and multi-district litigation. Lauren has defended energy clients in connection with disputes related to hydraulic fracturing, disposal and injection wells, chemical exposure, federal and state environmental statutes, royalty payment practices, and contractual disputes.

Kristy Gabrielova is a long time member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association and the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation. She has served on the Board of HYLA from 2012 to 2016, acting as the Treasurer and Secretary in the more recent years on the Executive Committee. Prior to that, between 2008 and 2012, Kristy chaired the Arts & Entertainment Committee, which puts many HYLA functions such as the yearly favorite, Evening with the Judiciary.
